Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using Flower Focus, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website. Apple’s standard terms and the App Store terms may also apply to your download and purchases.

What Flower Focus provides

Flower Focus provides self-directed tools for habit reflection, daily check-ins, private journaling, reminders, progress visualization, and support during difficult moments. Features may change as the app is maintained and improved.

Not medical care

Flower Focus is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, detox support, emergency care, or a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use the app to make urgent medical decisions.

If stopping alcohol feels physically unsafe, or withdrawal symptoms feel severe, seek medical help urgently.

If you might hurt yourself or feel unable to stay safe, call or text 988 in the United States. If there is immediate danger, call emergency services. Flower Focus and its support email are not emergency services.

Your local data

You are responsible for your device, passcode, backups, and decisions about information you enter. Flower Focus does not maintain a server copy of your journal or check-in history and may be unable to recover data after device loss, app deletion, corruption, or a reset.

License and acceptable use

KRFFL LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Flower Focus for lawful personal purposes, subject to these terms and applicable App Store rules.

You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it, interfere with app or website operation, misuse support channels, attempt unauthorized access, or use Flower Focus in violation of law.

Purchases

Lifetime Unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Pricing and availability are displayed by the App Store and may vary by region. Billing, refund requests, and payment disputes are handled under Apple’s applicable policies. “Lifetime” refers to access to the unlocked features for the supported lifetime of the Flower Focus product, subject to platform availability and these terms; it does not guarantee perpetual operation on all future devices or operating systems.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Flower Focus useful and available, but the app and website are provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, add, remove, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for maintenance, safety, legal compliance, or product development.

Intellectual property

Flower Focus, its artwork, software, visual design, written content, and branding are owned by or licensed to KRFFL LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Flower Focus is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. KRFFL LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the app or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under consumer law where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms when Flower Focus, legal requirements, or our operating practices change. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
